This evening, join us in the bar for a festive welcome reception and meet your fellow guests as we raise a glass to the start of Christmas. We’ll introduce you to our team, outline the festive programme and tell you all about our famous Room Number Raffle.
Then make your way to the restaurant to enjoy your first three-course festive dinner, freshly prepared by our chefs and served by our friendly restaurant team.
Round off the evening in the bar and lounges with live entertainment from the talented Collette, performing a selection of festive favourites and popular classics.

Begin Christmas Day with a full Cumbrian breakfast in the restaurant, accompanied by a festive glass of Bucks Fizz. Afterwards, take some time to relax before collecting today’s Christmas Anagram Quiz from Reception.
A light lunch of freshly prepared sandwiches and homemade soup will be available in the restaurant to enjoy at your leisure, before we invite you to join us for a game of prize-winning bingo.
The afternoon continues with freshly brewed tea and a selection of cakes, while The King’s Christmas Message will be shown in the West Lounge.
This evening, join our General Manager and team for a festive drinks reception before our Christmas Day celebrations begin, including the draw for today’s Room Number Raffle winner.
Make your way into the restaurant where a special three-course Christmas dinner will be served, complete with festive crackers and hats on the table.

This popular event has limited availability, so please sign up at Reception on arrival to secure your place. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This evening, join us in the bar as we announce the winners of all our festive competitions, along with the winner of today’s Room Number Raffle.
